This Writ Petition is directed against the order dated 14th July, 2017 passed by the learned Principal District Judge, Solapur below Exhibit 1 in Civil Miscellaneous Application No. 144 of 2017. By the said Application, the applicants/petitioners sought transfer of Regular Civil Suit No. 2 of 2012 (Old Special Civil Suit No. 2 of 2004) from one Court to other Court. The Application was made on the ground of transfer under section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure. 3.
