By this civil application, the applicants seek condonation of delay of 2 years and 221 days in filing the second appeal. No affidavitin-reply is filed. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicants and have perused the civil application. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the applicants states that his clients will donate a sum of Rs.5,000/- to the Legal Services Authority within four weeks from today. Statement is accepted. Delay is partly explained in the civil application. Interest of justice would be met with if the request of the learned counsel for the applicants to donate a sum of Rs.5,000/- to the legal services authority is accepted and the said amount is paid.

Civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (b) on the condition that the applicants donate a sum of Rs.5,000/- to the

ppn 2 18.cas-175.15.doc legal services authority as per the statement made by the learned counsel for the applicants within four weeks from today. Receipt of the donation shall be shown to the learned Registrar (Judicial-I) within one week from the date of making payment.
