Today the matter is shown on board pursuant to a letter dated 13.02.2020 received from Bombay City Civil and Sessions Court, Gr. Mumbai for extension of time to comply the order passed by this Court.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the reasons disclosed by the Judge, Bombay City Civil and Sessions Court, Gr. Mumbai in a letter dated 13.02.2020, the following order is passed:

a) Time to dispose of Suit Nos. 8253/1996, 222/1988 and 336/1988 is extended till 31.03.2021. b) The Registry is directed to inform the said order immediately to the concerned Court.
