By this Application, the Applicant seeks a direction to the learned Magistrate to pass appropriate orders on an Application (Exhibit - 63) filed by the Applicant for issuing witness summons and for expeditious disposal of the case.

Perused the papers. The Applicant ( Original Complainant ) had filed an Application (Exhibit - 63) dated 1st June, 2016, for issuance of witness summons in C. C. No. 323 / SS / 2014. On 02.08.2016, the
2/2 903-apl.84.2018.doc Respondent No. 1 - accused filed their Affidavit-in-reply and the learned Judge heard the learned counsel for the Applicant and the learned counsel for the Respondent No. 1 on the said Application. Thereafter, the matter was posted for orders on 29.08.2016. It is informed that almost 11 dates have gone by and that till date, no order has been passed by the learned Magistrate on the said Application (Exhibit - 63) filed by the Applicant. 3.
Considering the aforesaid, it would be appropriate to direct the learned Magistrate to pass appropriate orders below (Exhibit - 63) filed in C. C. No. 323 / SS / 2014 as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within two weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 4.
Accordingly, the Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
