For the reasons separately recorded, the petition is partly allowed. In view of the fact that it will not be possible to pass an order directing the reinstatement of the Petitioner, I am of the opinion that interest of justice can be served by directing the Respondent to pay an amount of Rs. 4 lakhs to the Petitioner by way of compensation. 2.
