Heard learned counsel for the Parties. This Civil Application seeks restoration of the Second Appeal which was dismissed for noncompliance of the office objections by self operative order passed by the Registrar Judicial (II) on 4.9.2015. There is delay of 328 days in taking out the present Civil Application. For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the delay is condoned and the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). The Second Appeal to come up for Admission on 21.3.2017.
