By this petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has impugned the order dated 28th June 2016 passed below Exhibit-4 rejecting the application for framing the issue of jurisdiction under Section 9A of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. 2.

In view of Section 9A of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 by Maharashtra Ordinance No.XVIII of 2018 dated 27th June 2018, this writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India stands abated. No order as to costs.
