P.C.:- 1) The applicant was granted interim relief by an Order dated 20th July, 2018.
2) Heard learned counsel appearing for the applicant and the learned APP for the State. Perused the record of investigation.
3) The record of investigation indicates that the first informant is in habit of filing complaints against various persons from the vicinity with similar allegations and of similar nature. The record further indicates that, even after lodgment of the present crime, a separate Crime No. 287 of 2018 for the 1/2 by Radhakishan Shivlal Ladda Date: 2018.08.08 18:17:22 +0530 Radhakishan Shivlal Ladda
Ladda 44aba1438-18.doc offence punishable under Section 354 of IPC read with the provisions of POCSO Act has been registered with similar type of allegations against an accused therein. There appears to be substance in the contention of the learned counsel for the applicant as has been recorded in the order dated 20th July, 2018.
4) In view thereof, interim relief granted by order dated 20th July, 2018 is hereby confirmed.
