Nobody for petitioner. APP appears for State. In this petition filed some time on 5th April, 2014, prayers are to inquire into the grievance of the petitioners. According to the petitioners on 11/2/2014 at 6.15 p.m., 3 men and one lady came to their residence. They were not in uniform. A search was undertaken by them without consent of petitioners and without following proper procedure. Matter has remained pending without any orders for more than 5 years.
