The Learned APP on instructions of Senior P. I., Kasarvadavali Police Station, Thane, states that the Petitioner may remain present before the Senior P. I. Tomorrow i.e. 13-7-2018 at 11.00 a.m. for recording of her statement. It is after recording her statement and the preliminary inquiry that would be carried thereafter that the Senior P. I. may take an appropriate decision within two weeks and communicate the decision to the Petitioner. Since the Petitioner would remain present at 11.00 a.m., we expect the Senior P. I. to conclude the recording of statement of the Petitioner at the earliest and not keep her waiting in the police station.

With the directions as aforesaid the above Writ Petition is disposed of.
