Perused the prayers made in the application. With the passage of time, the prayers will not survive. Application is disposed of. 2.

We find that the applicant herein has addressed a letter to one of us (A.S.Oka, J.) making a grievance regarding non-compliance with the order dated 11th April, 2017. Though we have disposed of the application, we direct that the disposed of writ petition being Writ Petition No. 8051 of 2016 shall be placed on board under the caption of "directions" on 22nd April, 2019.
