After arguing for some time, when the Court was not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the applicant, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the applications. He states that the applicant will surrender before the concerned Investigating Officer on 24th July 2019. Accordingly, the applications are dismissed as withdrawn.
