Perused the papers with the assistance of the learned A.P.P. By this petition, petitioner seeks direction to the trial Court i.e. Sessions Court at Dindoshi for disposing of Sessions Case No. 386/2018 pending before it, as expeditiously as possible and within three months from the date of the order.

Learned A.P.P states that the trial of the petitioner has commenced and that till date, three witnesses have been examined. She submits that the prosecution intends to examine about six to seven more witnesses. She submits that the prosecution will keep its witnesses present on the date given by the trial Court. She also assures that the petitioner/ accused will be produced before the trial Court on the dates given by the trial Court, either in-person or through video conferencing. Statement accepted.

Considering the fact that the trial of the petitioner has already commenced, the learned Judge before whom, Sessions Case No. 386/2018 is pending, to decide the case as expeditiously as possible and in any event, on or before 30th September 2022.

Petition is allowed and is disposed of on the aforesaid terms. Registry to communicate this order either telephonically/fax/email or through Special Messenger to the learned 2/3

Sessions Judge, who is seized of Sessions Case No. 386/2018, to enable the learned Judge to comply with the order. Learned A.P.P also to place a copy of this order before the learned Judge through the concerned Officer. All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order. REVATI MOHITE DERE, J.
