Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instruction, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition on the ground that there are talks of settlement with the respondent-State. It is submitted that if the settlement talks do not workout, liberty may be reserved to the petitioner to approach this Court under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. 2.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
