Barring the details of the MPID Special Case, all other facts and circumstances in the present appeals are identical to Criminal Appeal No.433 of 2017 {Vijay Baburao Ghel & Ors. Vs. Chandrakala Vaijnath Raut & Anr.} and the counsel concede that the order passed today in the said appeal shall govern the disposal of these appeals also. They are also, therefore, disposed of with identical reasoning and clarification. 2.

In view of the above, all criminal applications also stand disposed of.
