Heard learned appointed counsel for the applicantappellant. She stated that the formal appeal memo she was directed to file, was not accepted by the office. She further stated that this is an appeal preferred through jail challenging the conviction of the appellant under section 489B and 489C of Indian Penal Code. She stated that there is a delay of about 168 days filing the appeal.

After hearing learned appointed counsel for the applicant-appellant, the application for condonation of delay is N.S. Kamble page 1 of 3

allowed. The delay is condoned. The formal appeal memo be presented again before the office. If there are any objections then those can be made known to the appointed counsel and then she will remove said objections if any. Stand over to 12th October 2015.
