Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in terms of order dated 23rd April 2024, he is paid rental amount. However, there is certain dispute with regard to the petitioner's entitlement of the interest and escalation part. He further submits that copy of the draft agreement is also handed over to him. However, there are certain 1/2

10.449.23 cp.docx disputes between the parties with regard to the terms of the agreement. He therefore submits that the petitioner be permitted to file appropriate proceedings for execution of the consent terms. 2.

Learned counsels for respondent nos. 1, 3 to 5 submit that payment made by respondent no. 1 in terms of order dated 23rd April 2024 is without prejudice to their rights and contentions as the parties were exploring some workable solution.

In view of aforesaid, contempt petition does not survive. Hence, contempt petition is dismissed.

All contentions of all parties are kept open. 5.
