P.C.:- Ms. Jagtap, learned Advocate for the Petitioner in WP No.2073 of 2008 and for the Respondent No.2 in WP No.2101 of 2008, on instructions submitted that, these Petitions arise out of matrimonial discord between the wife and husband and during the pendency of the present Petitions, they have parted ways by filing a proceedings for divorce by mutual consent.

She submitted that, the Petitioner Ms. Anuradha P. Joshi, therefore is not desirous to pursue the Petition filed by her. It appears that, 1/2

ssm 2 906-wp2073.08gp.doc due to the said reason, neither the Respondent nor his Advocate in WP No.2073 of 2008 present today before this Court. It further appears that, Dr. Prakash Joshi is also not interested in pursuing the Petition filed by him. In view of the above, both the Petitions are disposed off, become infructuous.
