P.C. :- The learned Counsel for the Applicant states that the revisional power of this Court under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure is wrongly invoked as there is a substantive remedy available against the impugned order and seeks leave to withdraw the Application to adopt appropriate remedy.
