This matter on board was circulated by the petitioner in person on 23rd October, 2015. The same has been listed today. The petitioner was heard in this petition which was disposed of on 23rd September, 2015 by the speaking order. Today, the petitioner in person states that he has been unable to raise the funds but undertakes to pay the same by 31st January, 2016 and seeks extension of time till 31st January, 2016. He has submitted a written request to this effect.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to extend the time as a last opportunity to the petitioner to make payment as directed by the order dated 23rd September, 2015. Accordingly, the time for payment is extended upto 31st January, 2016 on the condition that no further

w9943.15 extension shall be granted to the petitioner. In view of the time for payment now stands extended till 31st January, 2016 the date for the parties to appear before the Assistant Registrar in terms of paragraph 8 of the order dated 23rd September, 2015 will now stand extended and the parties shall now appear before the Assistant Registrar on 8th February, 2016.
