Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP.

The applicant, who is convicted for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, has applied, by way of the aforesaid application, for temporary bail on the ground of illness of his mother. The case of the applicant is that his mother is to be operated. In support of his contention, he has annexed a medical certificate at page 13 of the paper-book. We have perused the said medical certificate which shows that the applicant's mother is suffering from severe bleeding P.V. due to Menorrhagia The learned counsel for the applicant does not dispute that the
