ORDER:

The Petitioner has already filed an Application for extension of time before DRAT to make a pre-deposit as recorded in the order dated 18 April 2018 in Writ Petition No.3677 of 2018 (running page 34 of the Petition). In the circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain the Petition. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner is willing to make pre-deposit of Rs.10,00,000/-. We grant liberty to the Petitioner to mention the matter before the DRAT to decide the said Application for 1/2

k 2/2 907 wp st 18413.18 as.doc extension of time expeditiously. The secured asset in question i.e. Shop No.G-17, Ground Floor, Building No.89-91, Durga Devi Street, Mumbai 400 004, has already been sold to third party and the Petitioner will have to challenge the auction sale before DRT.
