Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that respondents are duly served. He undertakes to file affidavit of service within two weeks from today. Same is accepted. 3.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that in view of subsequent development, applicant is seeking permission to carry out amendment in Civil Revision Application by adding certain grounds as stated in paragraph 2 of the Civil Application. 4.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the applicant, avernments made in Civil Application and as no one appeared on behalf of respondent in spite of service, S.C.Magar

33-cac-380-2017.doc I am satisfied that applicant has made out case for allowing this Civil Application. Hence, following order :

a) Applicant is permitted to carry out amendment in Civil Revision Application No.660 of 2009 as per paragraph 2 of the present Civil Application on or before 16.02.2019, failing which Civil Application shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court.

b) If amendment is carried out within time, applicant is directed to serve amended copy of Civil Revision Application on other side on or before 20.04.2019 and file affidavit of service to that effect.

c) Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly. d) No order as to costs.
