This is an application seeking permission to travel abroad and, in particular, visit the country Switzerland between 30.8.2016 to 12.9.2016 (both days inclusive). The applicant was earlier permitted by an order dated 26.8.2014 passed by this Court to travel abroad on certain conditions. The learned APP. on instructions submitted that the applicant has compiled with those conditions and returned back to India within the stipulated period. In view of the above, I am inclined to allow the present application. 2) Hence, the following order.

a) The applicant is granted permission to travel Switzerland between 30.8.2016 to 12.9.2016 (both days inclusive), b) The applicant shall furnish itinerary to the concerned police station before departing India.

2 /2 APPP-627-16-914 c) After the applicant returns back to India on 12.9.2016 he shall report the said fact to the concerned police station within a period of 4 days thereafter.

d) Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. (A.S. GADKARI, J.)
