DATE : JULY 22, 2019 P.C. :- The petition can be conveniently disposed of by permitting the petitioner to approach the District Superintendent of Land Records, Pune in the matter of exercise of powers under section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 resulting in passing of order dated July 5, 2019, thereby directing the petitioner to appear before him on July 26, 2019. The said authority is directed to hear the petitioner and pass appropriate order in the matter expeditiously and in any case not beyond

This order is passed taking in view the fact that the petitioner approached the Pune Municipal Corporation in regard to issuance of building permission on Survey No.17 Hissa 2A. I am informed that the petitioner has completed the construction work on the said plot and is now awaiting issuance of occupation certificate.
