The present petition challenges order passed in the year 2021. The petition is filed in the year 2023. Essentially, the relief sought in the petition is in relation to access to the child. The application dated 21 September 2021, seeking various reliefs in relation to access of the child is pending before the Family Court. The application is filed by father of child. Therefore, it would be in the interest of justice that the Family Court shall at least to consider and decide to grant of ad-interim relief on its own merits within two weeks from the date of production of this order. 2.

The Family Court shall decide the interim applications as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the said order, nothing is required to be adjudicated in the present petition.
