It is seen from documents at "A colly" that during pendency of the petition, approval have been accorded to the appointment of the teachers initially as "Shikshan Sevak" and later on as "Assistant Teachers" by the Education Officer. This serves purpose of the petition. Therefore, petition is disposed of having served it' s purpose. No costs.
