Learned Advocate for Petitioner on instructions submitted that, during the pendency of present Petition, Police have completed investigation and submitted charge-sheet before the Court of learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Mumbai. He therefore on instructions seeks leave to withdraw present Petition with liberty to file an Application for discharge under Sections 239 of the Cr.P.C. before the trial Court. Leave and liberty granted.

Petition is disposed off as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. 3.
