This review petition has been filed by the State seeking review of the order dated 13/2/2017 passed by this court in Writ Petition No. 2805 of 2017.

Having considered the submissions and having gone through the review petition, we find that no case to review the order passed on 13/2/2017 is made out. We find that the said order dated 13/2/2017 was passed taking into consideration various nilegaonkar

In the circumstances, no case is made out to review the order. Even otherwise, the scope of review is extremely limited. As a result, Review Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the civil application for stay is also dismissed.
