At the outset, Smt. Desai, senior counsel appearing for Respondent No.2 submitted that, the Trial Court has already framed charge on 9th May 2022.

In view thereof, we relegate Petitioner to adopt alternate remedy of contesting the said case i.e. R.C.C.No.746 of 2022 pending on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Pimpri, Pune. Petition is accordingly disposed off.
