The Office noting shows that by an order dated 6 April MAMTA AMAR KALE 2015, this appeal stands abetted against deceased respondent MAMTA AMAR KALE Date: 2024.03.07 18:35:42 +0530 Nos.3 and 4. From the Office noting dated 9 August 2016, it appears that the appeal stood dismissed as against the respondent Nos.1. Today, none present for the appellant, even on second call.

The learned counsel for the respondent No.7 place on record the letters dated 22 February 2021 and 23 February 2021 and submits that by these letters, it was informed to the learned counsel for the appellant and the appellant, about the demise of respondent No.7. He further submits that the only surviving

Mamta Kale 11-sa-527-2010.doc legal heir of respondent No.7 has also expired and this fact was intimated to the appellant by a letter dated 31 March 2022. In view of the above and the fact that though this second appeal is pending since the year 2010, none present for the appellant. 3.
