The learned Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos.1 and 2 - Syndicate Bank has placed on record a communication dated 1 September 2016 issued by the Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Pune City (6), Pune, in view of the order dated 29 June 2016 passed in Writ Petition No.7275 of 2016, permitting the Petitioners to operate the bank account of the Petitioners-Society. The learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents in view of this, makes statement that they have no objection to allow the Petitioners-Society to operate the bank account in question. The

This will be subject to further orders passed in Writ Petition No.7275 of 2016.

In view of this, the present Writ Petition is not pressed. It is accordingly disposed of with liberty.
