Heard. The grievance of the Petitioner is that though while disposing off Writ Petition No.3540 of 2016 by order dated 29th April 2016 this Court did not interfere into the transfer order dated 6th January 2016 on the ground that same would not be a matter for judicial interference, but observations were made that the Petitioner's representation made before the Deputy Registrar, Law and Grievances, Savitribai Phule Pune University will be considered and decided expeditiously, it is the case of Petitioner that said representation is still pending.

In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of the petition by directing the Deputy Registrar, Law and Grievances, Savitribai Phule Pune

2 of 2 PB.12.WP.12246.2016 University, Pune to consider and decide Petitioner's representation (Exhibit-E) submitted on 18th January 2016 without being influenced by the order passed by this Court dated 29th April 2016 declining interference into the matter. The decision on the representation be taken within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and same be communicated to the Petitioner within this time frame. With these observations, petition stands disposed of.
