The applicants have prayed for permission to bring their names on record as petitioner no.1A to 1D in the cause title of main Writ Petition No. 9621 of 2003. According to the application signed by the applicants and verified by applicant no.3, the original petitioner has passed away on 3rd December 2012 and hence the present application.

After the order dated 21st Augsut 2015 herein, notice to the sole respondent appears to have been served and the learned counsel Mr. P.N. Karlekar and Mr. Rajeshchandra M. Kanojiya are ABS

CAW 2314-2015 shown to be appearing as his advocate. However, no one is present for the respondent.

Under the circumstances, the civil application is allowed after condoning the delay in filing of the application so as to substitute applicant nos.1 to 4 as petitioners in the main petition being Writ Petition No. 9621 of 2003 wherein necessary amendment shall be carried out.

The application stands disposed accordingly with no order as to costs.
