In this Petition, the Petitioner has challenged the externment order dated 24/04/2019. The Petitioner was externed from Palghar, Dahanu and Talasari for a period of six months. The record does not show that any stay was granted to the operation of that order in this particular Petition. The period of externment is already over. Therefore, the Petition has become infructuous.

Learned counsel prays for withdrawal of this Petition. Permission is granted. The Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such.
