Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and learned APP.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that, this Court (Coram : C.V. Bhadang, J.) has granted bail to the Applicant, while allowing the Application this Court has directed the Applicant to surrender his pass-port. The learned counsel further submitted that, Applicant's pass-port will expire within two weeks and if it is not renewed, then Applicant has to follow N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

The learned APP objected for it.

I have heard both learned counsel.

The Applicant has deposited pass-port as per order of this Court, the date of pass-port would be expired within two weeks. In view of that, I pass following order.

ORDER

(i) Application is partly allowed.

(ii) The Condition No.(iv) of order dated 28th April 2022 is modified as under :- "The Applicant can take the pass-port from the concerned authority for renewal purpose and after renewal, the Applicant shall deposit it before the concerned authority.

(iii) The Applicant shall not leave the country without leave of the trial Court.
