This is an application for expediting the hearing of Criminal Application No.619 of 2011. The said application was admitted by this Court on 12th July 2011 and the proceedings before the Trial Court are stayed. It is submitted that the applicant is employee of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited. It is submitted that pendency of the proceedings is affecting the career of the applicant. The case relates to taking of possession of petroleum pump in relation to termination of license in favour of complainant. The said submission, however, is disputed by learned counsel for respondent no.1. However, it is submitted by learned counsel for respondent no.1 that he has no objection for fixing the matter for hearing. In the circumstances, registry is directed to list Criminal Application No.619 of 2011 for final hearing on the weekly final hearing board commencing from 3rd September 2018. Criminal Application No.890 of 2018 is disposed off.
