By the above Miscellaneous Civil Application filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, the Applicant-wife seeks transfer of Hindu Marriage Petition No. 207 of 2017 filed by the Respondent-husband pending before the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kalyan to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Shivajinagar Court, Pune.

Heard the Learned Advocates for both the parties and following order is passed by consent :- (a) The Applicant shall attend the Hindu Marriage Petition No.207 of 2017 filed by the Respondent before the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kalyan. (b) The Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kalyan shall endevour to dispose off the Hindu Marriage Petition No.207 of 2017 within a period of sixteen

(c) The parties shall not seek adjournment/s unless absolutely necessary. The Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kalyan shall also not grant adjournment/s to either side unless absolutely necessary.
(d) The Respondent undertakes to pay an amount of Rs.2,000/- to the Applicant on every date of hearing in cash on the very same day and the Applicant shall acknowledge the receipt of the same in writing. (e) All contentions of the parties are kept open. 3.
The above Miscellaneous Civil Application No. 253 of 2017 is accordingly disposed off.
