P.C.:- The learned counsel for the Applicants submitted that the Applicant No.1 and the first informant Mrs. Pooja Chitroda have filed a Petition for divorce by mutual consent before the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai bearing No. F-2008 of 2019 and in the said Petition at paragraph Nos. 10 and 11, the informant has admitted that she has settled the matter with the Applicant No.1 herein and will help the Applicants in withdrawing the first information report i.e. C.R. No. 510 of 2017 (the present first information report) from the Police Station. He tendered across the bar photocopy of the said Marriage Petition bearing No. F-2008 of 2019, which is taken on record. 1/2
