The C-Summary report filed by the Dadar Police Station in respect of the FIR registered being CR No.223 of 2016 is sought to be taken exception to by way of the above Criminal Writ Petition. In our view, if the Petitioner is aggrieved by filing of the C-summary report, the Petitioner would have to file an Objection Petition in the concerned Court. Hence by relegating the Petitioner to the said modality, the above Criminal Writ Petition is disposed of.
