The advocate for the Petitioners states that the present Writ Petition is filed challenging an order dated 29th July 2010 passed by Joint Civil Judge Junior Division, Thane, on application below Exhibit-19, for amendment of the plaint in R.C.S.No.367 of 2009, under Order VI Rule 17 of the Code of Civil Procedure. Advocate for the Petitioners further states that during the pendency of this Writ Petition in this Court, the original proceedings, i.e., R.C.S. No.367 of 2009 pending before the Civil Judge Junior Division, Kalyan, stands disposed of as withdrawn on 22nd November 2016. Therefore, the present Writ Petition has become infructuous.
