2. The grievance of the Petitioner in the present petition is for expeditious trial. The Petitioner is arrested in C.R. No. 194 of 2014 under sections 302, 394, 120(B) of Indian Penal Code registered in Shivaji Nagar Police Station, Ambernath and in custody at Adharwadi District Prison, Kalyan.

3. In view of the grievance of the Petitioner, it is directed that the trial be completed by the learned Sessions Court within a period of 12 months from today.

4. With the above direction, Writ Petition stands disposed of.

5. Registry shall send a copy of this order to the concerned Sessions Court.
