It is stated in the Application that the impugned judgment and decree of the learned First Appellate Court is dated 29th June 2019 and the Applicant applied for certified copy on 2nd July 2019. The certified copy has been annexed along with these proceedings shows that the Application for certified copy was filed on 2nd July 2019 and the certified copy was given on 27th April 2021.

The present Second Appeal has been filed on 21st September 2021. Due to Covid-19 pandemic, the Supreme Court had suspended the limitation period from 15th March 2020 till 28th February 2022. Therefore, there is no delay in filing the Second Appeal.
