The applicant has made this application through post for expediting the trial in Crime No.I-139 of 2014 registered with Kamothe Police Station, Navi Mumbai.

Learned A.P.P. submits that the applicant is charges with an offence under Sections 320, 341, 120-B r/w. Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 7(27) of the Arms Act and Sections 37(1) and 135 of the Bombay Police Act. 3.

It is further stated that charges have been framed on 11.11.2016 and the trial would commence shortly. There are three other cases pending against the same applicant.

Considering the above, I am not inclined to pass any order expediting the trial at this stage.

The application is, therefore, disposed of.
