The learned Counsel for the applicant and the first informant submit that pursuant to an order dated 22nd August, 2022 the matter was referred to mediation and the parties have amicably settled the dispute and a petition to quash the proceedings arising out of CR No.1796 of 2022 registered with Sakinaka Police Station is filed in this Court and Consent Terms are also filed in a proceeding under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 before the learned Magistrate.

In view of the above, interim order dated 22nd August, 2022 is made absolute on the terms and conditions incorporated therein.
