By judgment and order dated 11.5.2017 the applicant has been convicted under Section 302 of IPC by the learned Sessions Judge-2 Kolhapur in Sessions Case No. 37 of 2016. Being aggrieved thereby, the applicant preferred Cri. Appeal St.No. 652 of 2017. In the present application, it is prayed that an advocate from the Legal Aid Panel be appointed to represent the applicant in his appeal. In view of this prayer, we appoint
