Applicants i.e. husband and in-laws of Respondent No.2 have filed present Application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for quashing of C.R.No. 23 of 2020 registered with Taloja Police Station, Navi Mumbai for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 354A, 323, 504, 506 read with 34 of I.P.C. and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, with the consent of Respondent No.2. 2.
Learned Advocate for Applicants submitted that, the Applicant No.1 and Respondent No.2 have executed Settlement Agreement dated 12.08.2021 and in pursuance thereof, Respondent No.2 has filed her Affidavit dated 22.09.2021. 1/2

Learned Advocate for Respondent No.2 submitted that, Respondent No.2 in her Affidavit dated 22.09.2021 has given her no objection for quashing of crime in question. In paragraph No. 6 thereof, Respondent No.2 has given her no objection and consent for quashing of the present crime.
Learned Advocate for Respondent No.2 on instructions, reiterates the contents of her Affidavit dated 22.09.2021 and ' no objection' for quashing the crime in question. 4.
It is needless to mention that, the Applicants will adhere to the terms and conditions mentioned in the Deed of Settlement without any demur after allowing the present Application. 5.
In view of the above, Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause 10(a).
