After we expressed our disinclination to interfere in our inherent jurisdiction, on instructions, the applicant's Advocate seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to adopt appropriate proceedings. More so, when the learned APP, on instructions, made a statement that the charge-sheet is already filed in the competent criminal Court. Leave granted. The application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed.
