Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By this Petition, the Petitioner was seeking transfer of investigation in respect of FIR bearing C.R. No.0459 of 2021 registered with Sinhagad Road Police Station, Pune. There is also no dispute that after completion of investigation, a chargesheet has been fled before the Competent Court.

Considering the above subsequent development, we think that the relevance in this Petition has been rendered infructuous. 4.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner also agrees to this, but states that the Petitioner's rights and remedies may be reserved. 5.
Thus, keeping open all rights and contentions of all parties including the proposed intervener, we disposed this Criminal Writ Petition.

With the disposal of this Petition, the Criminal Interim Application seeking intervention does also not survived, the same is also diposed of.
