1. Heard Ms. Deherkar, learned Advocate for Petitioner and Mr. Tambekar, learned Advocate for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

2. Today parties have submitted the Consent Terms which is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

3. Today, Petitioner is present in Court and she has been explained the contents of the Consent Terms between the parties. Consent Terms are signed by Advocate for Petitioner, Ms. Supriya Dhondu Hedwakar, Petitioner, Advocate for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2, Mr. Jaywant Baburao Deshmukh, Head Master of Respondent No.1 and Mr. Virag Gajanan Parkar, Chief Executive Officer of Respondent No.2.

6.WP.8712.13.doc Undertaking given in the Consent Terms is accepted as undertaking given to this Court. However this Court needs to clarify certain issues.

4. In so far as undertaking given in paragraph No.5 is concerned, the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 shall strictly abide by the said undertaking and submit the freshly prepared salary bills accruing after reinstatement of the Petitioner to the concerned Pay Unit positively within two weeks from today. Thereafter Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 shall prepare the Seniority List, Record, Service Book and Pay Fixation Record as enumerated in Clause Nos. 6 and 8 of the Consent Terms and comply with the said timelines within 4 months from today.

5. If any assistance is required from the Petitioner she shall be informed by Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and called upon to submit any documents whatsoever required so as to ensure that the above timelines are strictly adhered to by Respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

6. Respondent No.3 - Education Officer on receipt of the entire record, Seniority List, Service Book and Pay Fixation Charge of the Petitioner shall process the same and issue necessary order within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the complete proposal and inform the Petitioner and Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 accordingly.

7. In view of the Consent Terms and the aforestated directions, Writ Petition is disposed.
